Radio silence on $1,000 part

Hi All,

My first post on here. I am building my 91 NA1 and bought and paid for a rear diffuser from Downforce through s2carbonworks.com back in April and after a few rounds of emailing they have gone completely silent.

I just want to ask other people if they think I've been scammed out of nearly a thousand dollars.
Attached is the order confirmation for reference too.

S2CarbonWorks has a reputation for extremely slow service and poor communication but people do usually get their parts eventually.

The guy that runs it is Jeremy Hancock and he's on the various NSX Facebook groups pretty often so you can try messaging him there.

Also moved this to the correct forum.

They emailed me the shipping confirmation the next day so maybe they saw this post. But I will believe it when i have the part in my hands.
