Anyone know which wire is + and which is - ??

One wire is all white other is white w/ blue

I believe the all white is + but am not 100% sure.

The white is power from fuse 13 and the white/blue is the switched to ground or through a resistor to ground.

I,ve checked my 92 Electrial Man. The all white wire is +,the white with blue stripe is the -- wire. Hope that solves your problems.
