Radar Trust?

I am wondering how much you guys trust your radar detectors. I know many of you have the V1 or Passport 8500 (like me). How fast do you drive on the highway and still consider yourself to be safe? I am sure you guys exceed the speed limits in your NSX from time to time

I have had my radar detector for while now, but I am still not sure how much to rely on it. I tend to go about 80-82 in the 70, what about you guys?

I have a V1 and I don't drive any differently when I use it vs. when I'm not using it. I don't use it often and only on freeways and on roads I'm not familiar with. I think we all know that Rader/Laser Detectors are not 100% effective and getting tagged by radar/laser is all about timing and luck.
