This hood is a factory oem hood that gets the 2 scoop profesionally welded in. The down time to get this completed was nearly 4 months, at least yuo wouldn't have to worry about that. This is by far IMO the best hood for looks and style for the NSX. It has the quality of the oem fit and does not shake at high speeds like alot of the the other aftermarket hood (fiberglass carbon fiber etc). This hood cost me nearly $1000- by the time i paid Unique Metal Products from California to customise and then i had shipping. Then pay the bodyshop to finish smoothing and sanding the hood (body shop charge 8 hours) and that isn't even including the hood itself.
The only reason i'm selling this hood is to help pay for the 2004 front end which this hood will not work for
otherwise trust me i'd keep it.
