My front R/H orange fender lamp stopped working. This is the only light that is not workin. I switched bulbs with the left side and the bulb is good. I checked the 15A fuse next to the spare tire and the fuse is good. A strange thing though, I tested the circuit where the bulb goes into and I got 5.64 Volts (switch on). When the fuse is removed and the same test is done I get 12.64 volts with the switch on. Confused! when i an reading 12.64 volts the bulb still does not lite. Even a new bulb.
