Are we allowed to use drugs before counting, or is that considered cheating?

I clearly see the face of what looks to be a monster at right-center.
I also see six or seven sphincters in the middle.
Whoa, what looks to be a nose on another face, can also be taken as a clitoris.

Sorry, no acid or weed here however, I have seen a similar picture that wasn't as dark. In that picture there were about six faces.
