As I search for an NSX, I notice on some of the vehicle history reports that it says FAILED EMISSION INSPECTION. What does that usually mean? Is that a cause for concern? Thanks/

some people put mufflers and high flow cats it will fail the sniff test at teh DMV, sometime faulty O2 sensors will make the car run lean not really a big deal if it was taken care of
