Anyone know if the Yokohama/Advan Model 5 is made of magnesium or aluminum? I'm getting a package deal 215/40/17 265/35/18 w/toyo proxes t1-s for $3500. If magnesium than I will reconsider....Thanks!

Doesn't sound like a great deal to me. I recently purchased a set of Yokohama Advan Model 7's, 17x8 & 18x10's, with Bridgestone SO2 / Pole Positions (225/35/17, 285/30/18) for under $3300 including mounting & balancing. (And the set of SO2's are about $150 more expensive than the T1-S's).
The site Sonik posted didn't seem to have the picture anymore.. Here's a pic of the Advan 7's on my car (not the greatest pic but it'll have to do until the weather gets better & I have a chance to take more!)
If you'd like contact info for the shop that gave me the deal, drop me an email & I'd be happy to dig it up.
No, there's no rubbing whatsoever, either up-and-down (I've been over big dips in the freeway at 80mph) or side-to-side (cranking the wheel all the way left/right).
SpeedDemon,
If you do find the info for the shop you got your wheels and tire from, just post it here so other NSX owners can benefit from their good prices also =)
