question...

Doesn't sound like a great deal to me. I recently purchased a set of Yokohama Advan Model 7's, 17x8 & 18x10's, with Bridgestone SO2 / Pole Positions (225/35/17, 285/30/18) for under $3300 including mounting & balancing. (And the set of SO2's are about $150 more expensive than the T1-S's).

The site Sonik posted didn't seem to have the picture anymore.. Here's a pic of the Advan 7's on my car (not the greatest pic but it'll have to do until the weather gets better & I have a chance to take more!)

If you'd like contact info for the shop that gave me the deal, drop me an email & I'd be happy to dig it up.

That's a cool deal. Is your car lowered? If so, what kind of springs? Do you experience any rubbing with that setup?

The car has Eibach springs. (Shocks are stock).

No, there's no rubbing whatsoever, either up-and-down (I've been over big dips in the freeway at 80mph) or side-to-side (cranking the wheel all the way left/right).
