Question for those of you who have modified the center tail light

I know people have removed the black 'acura' text in the center section of the tail lamp assembly and replaced it with an "H" logoa la SOS DIY. I love this look of this, but want it with an Acura A.

Has anyone tried that with the Acura TL black chrome A? (see below)

Sorta, but I like how it doesn't mess up the 'flow' if it is placed behind the red plastic. Also, it seems like the black chrome emblems look better. Here:
