Anyone out there have any experiences (good or bad) on suspension modifications for the targa? I'm quite disappointed in the difference between my old 93 coupe and new 97 t in terms of handling/body roll.

I did have Dali sway bars (street) put on last week and they give the car a noticeabley better (i.e. stiffer) feel. I'm also considering Eibach springs with Bilstien shocks. But I am concerned that this will just lead to increased cowl shake and not be addressing the problem of less body rigidity due to lack of fixed roof. If anyone else here has tried this (or anything else) with their targa, I would love to know how it worked for you.

I realize that the t will probably never be as tight as a coupe but I'd like to get it as close as possible!

I've also noticed the increase in body roll between the coupe and the targa models, mainly due to the softer suspension settings on the targa.

the targa models have additional bracing and stronger A pillars. more info in the FAQ http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/General/changesbyyear.htm

As for cowl shake, I've noticed it when running with the top off on rough roads but never with the top on. A trade-off in a little less grip but alot more fun!
