Question about NSX and OBD

When was the NSX changed over from OBD1 to OBD2?

I ask this because I have a project that may involve borrowing NSX coil packs to use on a different car.

The next question would be, with OBD2 NSXs, there are three wires running to each coil pack, are the three wires HOT, GROUND, and OBD monitoring?

I havn't been able to find, but if any of the NSXs were OBD1, do these coil packs only have two wires going to each of them?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the ignition system, on any NSX, C30B or C32B.

Thanks for the help.

Re: Question about NSX and ODB

thanks for the brilliant input, its a typo, and you know exactly what im talking about.

I thought all cars switched over to OBDII in the 96 MY? Pre 96 was OBDI. Thats how it was for my Supra. Did some cars switch between different years?

If you look in the Wiki (Formerly FAQ) you can download a service manual in Adobe PDf format. They have the wiring diagrams in there.
