I posted this to another forum about performance at altitude.. a very long story there, from many of us who live over a mile high in Colorado....
it would be great to get some feedback about my performance on a 1/4-mile track, vs. the rwhp i reported in the link below, vs. opinions about altitide (NHRA included in the link), and dynos of many brands, but I hate quoting myself from another forum. So. ... I edited some stuff below, and added some questions/addition info.

]Update on my NSX at altitude...
I went to Bandimere Speedway for a test and tune last night. It was the first time I have tried a 1/4-mile run. My dyno on the car (above on the link) has me running 312 rwhp, running just over 5 lbs of boost on the Whipple high-boost kit.
(why only 5 lbs on the high boost kit?)
(actually went to the scale.. weighed in at 3110 pounds... with all mods, and at most, I weigh 160, helmet and all.)
My best 1/4 was 13.656 at 103.29 on Toyo Proxes T1-S; 60' was 2.057.
NHRA has an altitude correction chart at
http://www.nhra.com/tech_specs/altitude.html
which, according to the chart for Denver area, would put me at 12.843 at sea level.
Oddly, my best time was with traction control on, 4-5K rpm launch. With it off, my best time was 13.719 at 104.63, 60' 2.079... pretty similar. I did five runs, and they all were around 13.7.... My best reaction time was .214. At one point, with traction control off, I really, really spun the tires in first, a bit in second... but spinning tires didn't get me a better time (duh!).
I'm going back Sunday for a combination import show/race:biggrin:[/QUOTE]
