1. Try a good cleaning before replacement. Often the white part of the buttons appears to be worn but it's just filled with dirt. Get a soft brush and some Simple Green if you want to try it yourself but don't use too much fluid on your radio!2. Contact NSX-part resellers like ERZ for used units.
