Ahh.. I made an order of a set of brand new rims, and one of the rims that he sent was damaged (and the rim looks as if they have been mounted already). We got into an argument about the replacement, and he was not truthful with me. I returned that rim back to him, and we'll see what happens (totally ruined my weekend).
In any case, I am glad that I didn't get the tires mounted on the rims (otherwise, I would never have caught that).

Good Luck Tiger-I know of a few people that have went there and he seemed ok. I'm sure you could tell if the rim was mounted or not, its pretty obvious looking at a brand new wheel.
