How do you guys do it? Is there a safe central location to jack the car up?

I just want to install my DF NSX undertray, so just the front will need to be jacked up.

There are three jacking points on each side of the car. Use the middle one and then place the jack stands under the two others on each side. If you look under the car you can easily spot them.

Yes, I know the jack points on the frame rails, but I was more wondering if there's any central point where I can slide my jack and just raise the entire front end.

There is not a front center area to jack the car up front. Just put it up on all four jacks. It was a lot easier to do with mine with the car level and in the air.

I find that using the front jack locations and the lower engine brace in line with the rear axle holds the car in better alignment.

If you place the jacks anywhere other than the jack points, your taking a risk of the jacks going through your floor boards. Not worth risking life.

I have had a few NSX's on stands for periods of time. Although the lift points are clearly visible and will work just fine, it does not support the chassis weight properly. The car will deflect with the weight of the engine cantilevered over the back. If you are planning on having the car on jacks for any period of time it will be held in better alignment by supporting the engine via the sub-frame.

Just don't look for them in an Acura NSX brochure--they are airbrushed out of the pictures that show the car from the side.

OK, so excuse the newbie question here (I've never put the entire car up on stands before, just a corner at a time when I change tires), but whats the proper procedure to use here? Do you jack up one side at a time, slide 2 stands underneath and then go over t the other side and repeat? This is the safest way?

That's correct. Do one side at a time. There should be some type of indicator at each jack point. Mine has an indented arrow underneath.

Hey John I'm doing a few things to my car right now, I've always jacked it up at the middle of the 3 points on the L or R, then go over to the next side and do the same thing. Couple shots from a few days ago:
