Guys, I am considering buying a 98, 28k, black/black, car has been inspected and is clean. Timing belt has not been changed and it will need 30k service. No dings, some swirl marks on paint, no wrecks, leather driver support shows some where, no cd, price 46k. What are your thought on price? Thanks.

I bought the EXACT same spec you just mentioned last year around October, but with 21K miles. You should negotiate for $44-$45K, IMHO. Also check on condition of tires, which can run you another grand if you need to replace them.
