I am just starting a search for an NSX. I'm 6'5" and the one Targa I sat in was too tight so I assume I am looking for a 91-94 since almost all of the 95 up ones were targas

Is there any years that are better than others?

Any particular problems to look out for?

I read somewhere there was a special lowered seat to increase the headroom. Are there any owners out there can vouch for this working for a taller driver.

I also read somewhere that they eat tires. Any truth to this and if so is there a fix or do you just replace the tires every 10k miles

I dont think the coupe has any more headroom than the Targa. If anything the T would be the best choice because you could take off the top and stick your head out!

Just kidding.

I am only 5'10" so I will leave it up to the taller guys to comment further.

I fit surprisingly well in an MR2 and really don't need to replace it but my ego is getting the best of me.

I would love an Italian exotic but there is no way I am putting up with the repair bills or the reliability issues

I'm 6'4" and it's a pretty tight fit (head room wise) in my 02'-T. There is probably an inch or two to spare.
