Prospective purchase of a 92

Any thoughts on purchase price range for a 92 w/65k miles? Car is very clean but not "perfect". Tranny falls in the 'snap ring' range and was never registered as fixed according to Acura.

Snap ring range can be one concern. Also check for the window regulator to be new or repaired with the DaliRacing window thingies.
What about the maintenance. I.E. water pump, timing belt, coolant hoses, etc.
