After reading these I have come to the conclusion that buying a car in the south and some midwest states have a degree of risk with washed titles. As such its probably a safer bet buying a car from West i.e. WA, OR, CA. Not that good cars don't exist elsewhere but a PPI is a must with specialty cars. :smile:
