My township is revaluing all property in the township to update the rating base. They do both an inside and outside site visit. I've missed the inspector two times and the lastest note says that "if an interior inspection is not made, we are required by law to estimate the data concerning the interior of your property."
If nothing has changed since the last time the property was evaluated, is there any reason I shouldn't just let them "estimate"? Do I gain anything from having an interior inspection?
