Changed out the clutch slave and master today with a total flush of the system fluid. Shifts perfect & No leaks :smile:
Time it took: 4 hours.
Put the Dali 1" hollow front & rear sway bars on. (Fronts a real bitch to get in position)
Time it took: 2 hours, 30 minutes rear, 1-1/2 hours front :frown:
Put the front non compliance clamps on today.
Time it took: 30 minutes
Put the front end lower support beam on today. The upper one can wait until I get my new racing radiator with oil cooler later this month.
Time it took: 15 minutes.

All and all, maybe 7 hours to get all this done and save myself probably $600.00 in labor charges, if not more. Great day !:biggrin:

Best of all, I know it's all been done right....

do you find it shifts any better than before? why did you change them?
 
Was getting alittle seapage from the rear seal on the master which was running on the plunger rod and down the clutch pedal.

Figured since I was doing the master, may as well do the slave too.

Yes, much cleaner from gear to gear. It became clearly obvious I'm getting better seperation/disengagement from the clutch disc and flywheel now. More pressure, more throw, better disengagement.

do you find it shifts any better than before? why did you change them?
 
how much for parts? i need to do this very soon. my clutch fluid runs out every 2-3 weeks for some reason so i have to refill it. and my clutch feels really weird engaging and disengaging. it doesn't slip at all though.
 
I paid $198.00 for both the slave and master including shipping from Dali.
Make sure you get an O ring for the slave.
