Problem With Dali

I have purchased several things from Mark at Dali racing but there is one item that I have had no email response from and he has not sent the product.

it is a set of Exhaust adapters that I bought on March 15th and emailed him 6 times or more and nothing has happened.

What Can I do? I have tried to file a Paypal dispute but they say that it does not apply to this type of transaction.

I just want the pipes or the money back.

I tried buying these pipe from Dali as well. After I paid for them, he told me they dont fit perfect and were going to send me extra ones in case. He expected me to pay for return shipping.
