Forgive my ignorance, would this fit my 2005? You mention adapters for earlier cars, not later.

Yes the header will fit all years 91-05. But the 91-94 needed adapters to work.
Na2 nsx’s came with a stainless header and aftermarket headers only give minimal gains.
But if you want them. Ny to pa isnt that far. Lmk
