I purchased a "used" Pride V1 exhaust from someone here on NSX Prime. It was however, new and unused. I went to install it and the filament was off. I could not get the holes to line up. I was extremely frustrated and posted a thread here.
Well, Mark with Pride ended up contacting me. He apologized for the issues, even though it was not his fault, he helped me fix the exhaust. He actually had to wait some time for me to get the exhaust back off, boxed up, and then shipped to him. He was very patient and actually emailed me to see when the exhaust was coming.
I'm floored, I complain about the product, which he didn't even sale to me, and he goes out of his way to help me.
Mark, you are a really stand up guy. I appreciate your help!
Oh, and lastly, the exhaust sounds great! Especially without cats. :smile:
