Wow! I guess when you have a car like that, with less than 2500 miles, you can ask any price. That might be one of few car to come up for sale with that miles if ever again. I see collector will snatch it up.
Funny, I recently just bought same year, same color from an original owner with all those cool things in the pictures( all the keys, window sticker, little manual book) mine even came with the hard cover NSX book, NSX CD and an NSX phone....glad the original owner I bought it from actually drove the thing, cuz I saved over $60,000 over that time capsule.
Will never get near that price. And I wouldn't consider original 22 year old tires a selling point. Good way to lose your investment is to try driving on 22 year old rubber

The tires are a must have for anyone wanting to add this to a collection that is to increase in value further down the road. I have a great many friends that have original rubber on things like 1973 Porsche RS's, Ferrari 275 GTB/4's, Daytona's, etc. and it makes a significant difference when these cars come to auction or sell in a party to party transaction down the road. I'm sure this seller as well as the potential buyer of a car like this are hoping for significant appreciation and want to retain all the originality they can. Whether or not the Gen 1 NSX ever get's there is an entirely different discussion.
I've seen long term owners of more rare cars go as high as $20-30K for a set of orig date coded, used rubber.
