I would think 3k or so. i recently sold a set with slight driver scuff for i think $1600 or so
While the re-skin looks to be of high quality, these seats are recovered in vinyl not leather. That, in my mind, substantially reduces their value.
Are the factory seats full leather? Some reason I remember reading that the back was vinyl or something and not leather like the rest of the seat. I could be mixing this up with Leatherseats.com covers

Seats prices are all over the place. Depends on condition, color, and distance. At this point I'd personally pay $1k per seat for black in good condition. Cost of shipping is a big factor in seat prices, so take the totality of the price+packing+shipping into account.
OEM leather seats are only leather on the "seating parts" that touch the body. Everything else is man made and it visually matches very well to the real leather.

Sold for $5,555 which included shipping (but not BaT fees). A bit much for vinyl covered seats (IMO). They will look good in whatever NSX they are going into, and I'll bet 95% of the people who see the seats won't know they're vinyl.
I picked my NSX at quite the discount as it was importation issues due to non-stock seats. It was gonna sit in limbo until somebody figured out the seats, the prior importer gave up, and I took over.
Which is how I can kinda see how they would go for $5.5K, but wow that is a lot for vinyl seats.
