Price difference between 2002 and 1997?

Hey guys,

I am curious how much of a premium the updated 2002 NSX is demanding over a clean low mileage 1997? What is a great price for a 2002 to buy?

I think that chart is getting slightly outdated. I've seen a 2000 and 2001 in B,C shape (estimate) listed for $42500 and $45000 respectively. They're probably still on AutoTrader. I can't see paying much more than $45000 for a clean, low mileage 1997.

Could I expect to get into a clean 2002 for low to mid $50s?

There are a lot of 2002s going for $60,000 or so, but I've seen them as low as $50,000. I inquired about the one and only $50,000 car I've seen and other than one medium-sized paint chip on the side intake and some slight curb rash on the wheels it seemed great. I think it had 24,000 miles on it.

You could probably get one in good condition and negotiate them down to $55,000 if that's what you're looking to spend. If $55,000 is still a little high for you, just keep inquiring until you find someone who needs to sell fast and/or hasn't had any offers. :smile:

I believe there was a spa 2002 on sale here for $57k or so
