Personally, I would initially trust the owner, but verify as much as you can before purchasing the car. You don't have to be an expert! The NSXPrime Wiki has some great pre-purchase information, including stuff you can look for yourself (https://www.nsxprime.com/wiki/Category:Purchasing_an_NSX); personally I like the Hondatuning PPI list.Once you've done your due diligence, then it's time for that PPI.Good luck!
