Could the multiple ownership in 2001-02 be a result of used car dealers flipping it numerous times (guy was told when he bought it was he was the second owner)? Also the seller has had the car only for 3 months, says selling because his fiance said either his plane or car has got to go, so car is going.

Other than the above issues it is a 91 with 80k miles, very good condition, 95 chromed wheels, a hipo chip and K&N filter/intake, otherwise stock. Service, clutch, timing belt/water pump all done at 60k miles.

What's your thoughts on the multiple owners and selling after three months? No problem? Something fishy? Who cares? Thanks for replying.

Dealers do not have to register the vehicle in their name, at least not in NY. This is the beauty of being a dealer, a dealer can drive many different vehicles but never have to register the vehicle or pay the registration fees/taxes.
I would do a PPI to make sure nothings up
