I had a PPI done on an NSX and one if the things that concerned me is this:

"Core support has been welded and is coming apart"

Am I correct in assuming that this means it was in a front end collision?

Cheers,
Ian

Probably a good bet. Did you look at a carfax on it? Does the hood/bumper/fenders look too "new" for the rest of the car? New windshield?

I ran an AutoCheck report on it and it came back perfectly clean but, naturally, that doesn't account for damage that wasn't reported or discovered by Experian.

I've clarified that it's the lower radiator core support that has the weld. How is this part normally attached to the frame? Anyone have pics?

Thanks,
Ian

If it's the lower core support it only holds the radiator it's normal if a lowered nsx hits a parking curb can easily damage the lower rad support! If that's the only thing I wouldn't back off the sale. Might get it cheaper. Pics would be nice probably a shitty repair but still depends on the work pics pics pics
