Recently completed. Used Garage America to do the floors/storage system/cabinets and GC to do the baseboards, pretty up the stairs, etc. 673 square feet or so... ended up costing about $5000 with the floor/wall system/cabinets and accessories (hooks, baskets, etc) after some haggling (in case anyone is curious about the price of this kind of work) I think it came out pretty good.
