RIP. He should feel quite accomplished considering there are not many cars today with clear roots to their origin 60 years ago. Shoot, up until 15 years ago his design was still 90% there.

I couldn't believe it when I heard. Everyone I work with was shocked, as most of them had met Dr. Porsche not too long ago.

I could not believe I missed this news while on vacation. I just found out today Butzi passed away.
I have great admiration and respect for him. I have had 4 911s and am truly his biggest fan. Huge loss of the automotive world.
