I decided to drive my NSX this week and the damn check engine light came on again. I'm not even going to bother checking for the code because I'm almost positive already this is an O2 sensor.
Going by memory, I think it's gone through 4 in the past 2 years. It has me a bit concerned about O2 sensors that will go out after the extended emissions waranty. They've already replaced the ignition components free of charge. I don't mind getting the free oil changes, car wash, and new O2 sensors while the car is under warranty but the future has me worried.
