Pitted headlight fix Any ideas?

So I installed HIDs in my 92 and there are small pits in the outermost lens that I would like to get out any ideas. I tried rubbing compound on them with no luck they do look clearer. Is there a very fine sand paper that I can use to take the glass down a little and step it up to make them look new. The pits wernt notisable until I put the HIDs in.

Anyone have a solution, do they make a kit or something?

Not a big deal that I cant live with it, just something I noticed and would like to fix if I can.

Anyone use this in the headlights I know they are glass so it should work.

you can use clear epoxi.

just put on a little dab and sand it down when it dries.

hard as a rock and hard to spot.:smile:
