This is a Pioneer AVIC-F700BT 2DIN Navigation Stereo, it comes with the necessary brackets and wiring harness to make this a straight drop-in installation (just make a 2DIN cutout in your console).
The unit for sale has been upgraded - it's running Pioneer's v3.020100 firmware for the F-series, with updated maps and a more-efficient version of WinCE. The highest officially supported firmware is version 2.0080, this is a custom build of firmware, which incorporates some additional modifications:
The AVIC-F700BT includes full bluetooth integration, GPS navigation off internal maps, and has an orange back light option, to closely match the NSX interior lighting.
