Pinifarina Lotus Enjoy

Pinifarina, an italy based, world famous for Ferrari designs combined with Lotus. Enjoy is a fusion of classical and modern character.

Specs:
1.8 L
189 HP
Weight: 850kg (around 800kg w/o fenders)
0 - 60 : 5.2 sec

No windshield! It would be so cool to have wind blowing in yoru face while driving. But not so cool when a truck of rock infront of you is hurling gravels at your face. :(

I can not see how the Ariel Atom or motorcycles could be considered legal making those assumptions?

The Ariel Atom is only street legal because it is a niche product and they probably figured it would only be driven on the street by a small handful of people.

Anyone who rides a bike without a helmet is foolish IMHO.

But we are discussing the legality, which I can not see how the Atom (niche or not) could escape the NHSTA standards if it is going to be registered and driven on public roads. As for Motorcycles, I am in agreement, but also support the right of idiots, I mean citizens to have the choice.
