I remember this car from it's first Solidworks CAD drawings on roadfly BMW forums; the Pikes Peak version is using a turbocharged 300hp 4cyl, AWD.

Thank god for modern safety cages and equipment! How anyone could come out of that relatively unscathed is beyond me?

Only goes to show it's that sudden stop in a crash that really hurts.
