Garrie,

I barely made it to the meet, I kept hitting snooze ;)

The widebody hatchback was a renault, the 2-seater bike is an Ariel Atom; the meet was okay, Jason, Matt, etc. were there, Matt with his new seats, and Jason with his new Gruppe M carbon kevlar intake.

There were no real standout cars today, except my 1987 Mercedes 190E

you guys have photos posted already, and i'm just barely waking up

The problems with these meets...it makes me so impatient to buy my NSX. I cant wait to join you guys. I almost bought an NSX in a rush (Not a very nice one, in fact) just to go to the last PAG

The Pictures are looking great. Everyone's rides are beautiful.

Keep it up guys!

That I have to agree. This is overall the weakest PAG meet I have attended. The 190E rival M3 you pointed out to me wasn't too shabby either though.

Patience goes a long way. It may be tough, but it will certainly be worth it in the end. Patience=long term enjoyment.

That sucks. What sucks more is he did it in front of all those people. And what sucks the most is that someone filmed it and it's on youtube. :frown:

Two words. Driving. School.

Sorry I missed you all this morning.

Peace

Let me know next time & I will park my 90 M3 next to you!
A bit of History!

Mark,

I was being somewhat sarcastic, although, a funny story from this morning, I was showing the car to Jason and Matt, and, as we sat there discussing the car, perhaps 4-5 people gathered around to look at it... later, after we left, I looked over and saw one of the guys who had gathered earlier staring at the 190E with a  puzzled look on his face... he then took a picture with his digicam, it made my morning

A nice red E30 M3 showed up towards the end of the meet, but he parked up front.

" Mark, I was being somewhat sarcastic,"
I know, but it would be kinda cool as some folks would actually "get it".

Later
Mark

Please tell me that the tires are on backward and that is not the back of a front engine slant butt Porsche.

The slant nose Porsche were hot back in the early 80's. Things have evolves 180 since. People did the slant nose conversion for their Porsches then and now the NSX owners are converting their cars to fix headlights.

The slant nose conversion was actually a factory "aero Kit" that you could order. The 930 Slant nose is one of my all time favorite porsches ever!

Yes, it was, but it was an expensive option. There were companies in the 80's that sell steel and fiberglass slant nose kit. Judging from the front spoiler, it looks like an aftermarket spoiler.

This looks more like a factory spoiler. Yes, it was stunning looking.

I still would't mind owning something like this today.
