I would like to share some pics of my '04 Max. I just installed few minor mods. Enjoy

got my TV !

My buddy picked up a Maxima, it is a nice car. His "screen" area is just an orange, I wana say LCD, display...which was dissapointing.

I like that grill- Looks MUCH better than stock .
I rented a late model SE once- those cars really get out of their own way. If I wasn't such an Acura loyalist the Maxima would be a tough decision vs the TL, but since I play favorites... :biggrin:

Splitz, the orange info screen has been re-located.. near the shift knob.

I too would consider that car if I didn't already have 4 acuras.
I truly think I would consider the Altima with the v-6 first though. I don't really know what the major differences are between the two cars though so I am only assuming at this point.
I don't really care for the sunroof that runs the length of the roof in middle. Looks to much like an afterthought.

When you're sitting inside of a Max, you'll definetely fall in love over the altima. I too went to the dealer thinking that I'll get the v6 altima, but then I sat in a max and now look what happened to me... the mod bug bit me.!
