Pics of a black NSX with Zanardi wheels?

Have you thought of using a photoshop program to make a Zanardi picture black? I tried to do this for you with a picture of our car (Red w/ Zanardi's) but was unable to create a satisfactory (see: realistic) likeness. Perhaps someone out there has some spare time, and a better photoshop?

Good idea. I managed to change the car from red to black, now I have to figure out how to do it without altering the background.

What do you think of the black w/ Zanardi wheels?

Well, I have been thinking about the same concept for a while now you helped me make my decision easier. I think the wheels look nice but on a black car, the polished look would be nicer JMO ......

And I would definitely go with 17/17 or 17/18 which means you have to import these BBS from Japan ....... check the one on Henry Chan's (it's the Zanardi type in 17/18) or especially the shinier look on Ray Aquit's (10 dual spokes)in the Owner's Gallery ......

Keep us posted on the survey

Here's the same pic with simulated Type S wheels. I'm still undecided between the black/stealthy look or the black/shiny look.

Henry's BBSs are sweet. I like the 8 dual spoke design and the minimal rim thickness - a lean & mean look, not too busy. IMO they make the Zanardi/Type S wheels seem chunky by comparison. Unfortunately, I just checked the BBS site and Henry's wheels (type RX one-piece) are no longer made for the NSX. Are they still available in the asian market?

Perhaps Chris at Science of Speed can find a way to import these. See his website where he has the 10 spoke BBS LM on a black car ...

Chris any idea if you can get those .... ?

I think I am mistaken - they are not RXs, they are RG-R ACQs which are listed on the BBS Japan site (but not as far as I could tell on the main BBS site.) Chris, same question

What would be the correct widths for a 17/18 setup?

To drop a footnote, it just occurred to me that, thanks to the 2002 NSX having 17" wheels all around, we can now get 17" front rubber with the correct OEM ply scrub properties. This makes a 17/18 setup all the more appealing to someone seeking looks + handling.

I like that a lot. I really like the dark wheeels. Have you seen Zanardi's in person? Much more impressive than any photo IMO.

Good luck on your decision, it is a tough one!
