Well, 19 brave souls showed up for this years Hearst Castle Run even with the threat of nasty weather. As it turned out, we only had to deal with rain on the return trip up 101. The majority of the weekend showed off some pretty fascinating skies and an equally spectacular drive Saturday on Highway 25 and Peach Tree Road to San Simeon.
On Sunday after seeing the elephant seals, Hearst Castle and the evening group dinner, the party continued at the gas fire pit late into the night.
Thanks to all that participated and showing that even with the threat of a big storm these enthusiasts and their cars definitely have the right stuff.
P.S. A special thanks to Don and Linda Templeton (NSX Nut) for helping represent the NSX brand against all the Nissans as our two cars drew a lot of attention even when next to the GT-R!
