Pics from Napa Valley Cruise and Lunch

HAHAHA....It's not what it looks like. Actually, both Roger and Romeo know the police officer. He turned on the lights just to mess around with us. He took a quick glance at all of our cars and said he was gonna give us all tickets for no front plate. He was just kidding though...
FYI It's a $100 ticket for no front plate.

The next group drive is already in the works. Like007 (new NSX'er to join the Sunday drive group) suggested that we try Lucas Valley Road in Marin.

Let me know when your next event is. You guys seem to be driving a lot around my neck of the woods.

It's too bad that you missed this one. It wasn't our typical "spirited" drive but still just as fun as our previous runs. Hope you can make the next one!!

S2000 guys and NSX guys are always hanging out, that whole big brother lil' brother thing. My buddy has an awesome S2000 that he loves and he can't wait to hang out with a bunch of NSXers.

Is this a new law? I got ticketed over a year
ago and it was just a fix it and sign off
procedure, not penalties.

Thanks.

A friend of mine just got popped and it was a $100 ticket in Fremont. Maybe it depends on which city you are in.

my sis used to get a lot of those no front plate tickets on her RX-7 while parked on the streets in SF. She paid $45 each time. And eventually, the same parking officer issued 1 ticket per day for the no front plate on her car (she parked on the same spot everyday). My sis decided to put on the front plate after spending $300+ for no front plate tickets.

Spoke with the traffic court clerks of the following counties: Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Francisco. Here's what they all said, "If
front plates are re-installed and signed off
by police within 30 days, only $10 administrative fee is required. If not corrected in time, $100.
My case was different, I was ticketed by CHP
and signed off by CHP so no admin fee since it's the same agency. It's still $100 if not
corrected within 30 days.
The traffic court supports several agencies
(i.e. police, sheriff, parking enforcement,
etc.) hence the admin fee.

Where can one find out when these dates are? I was available both of these days and had no idea there were events, otherwise I too would have attended...

Thanks
