I just bought the software and I'm sure that there are a few people here that are very good at using it that may have some advice for me.

Basically I'm trying to do before and after demonstrations for my patients using pictures that I've taken with my digital camera. So far, the editing that I've attempted to do is coming out looking like crap. Furthermore, I now realize that my Coolpix 950 is a POS and I have ordered a Nikon D100 digital camera. For now, can anyone offer some good novice advice. I'd greatly appreciate it as I want to do a case presentation for my study club.

Happy T-Day and TIA.

I am not quite certain as to what you would like to know about photoshop. What kind of editing do you want to do? Feel free to message me on AIM - SN: Ky650 (best method of contact) or email me. I'd be glad to help out.

Dr. L,

I'm also available for help too. My company, Kaidan (http://www.kaidan.com) does a lot with digital imaging.

Feel free to send me an image to my email address and explain to me what you're trying to accomplish and I'll do my best to explain the steps.

The 950 isn't a bad camera. It's a 2 megapixel camera and in it's day it was fine. The D100 is in an entirely different class.
