This weeks, 6-4-7, Autoweek has a photo of the new NSX in a "test mule" at Nurburgring, Germany. Autoweek is still reporting a V10, 4.0-liter engine making 450 to 480 hp. The photo is not of the NSX, but a test body (S2000) over the V10.
