I've always wondered about those jammer things. Cars come down the highway all day long, along comes an NSX (at speed) making officer's equipment go all funny. Who would you pull over and hassle? I bet the officer make you jump up and down on it on the side of the road while he laughs at you. And you better be finished smashing it before he starts writing you up.
