Here in Chicago, the flyer says that Pennzoil Ultra is on sale February 22-23.

$19.21 is indeed a very good price for five quarts of Pennzoil Ultra. You may want to call ahead to make sure they have it in stock in the viscosity you want (10W30 is preferred for the NSX).
