PCH Putt Sunday. DP to HB / HB to DP

How about a PCH putt from the DP Harbor to HB SUNDAY morning. 10/15/06 (Breakfast / Coffee)?
My regular copilot / better 1/2 will be with me.
8:00 am at the Brig sound OK? Maybe we could meet some NB/HB NSX's that would want to cruise back to the DP Harbor?
Just a thought. Nothing formal, just a "fun" NSX caravan down PCH.
(Anyone know how to get a hold of SC lic. plate "Syanara" ?) -5 sp.

(Sat looks to be Stormy / Scattered T-storms high of 65)

I used to do something similar with a Midyear Vette group.
One Sunday per month. We would meet at CC for an hour, drive for 1/2 hr to an hour. Eat lunch & do it again in 4 weeks. Really cool seeing 30-40 Mid years blasting down the road.
Would like to do something similar, on a smaller scale with the NSX.
Taking off from the DP Harbor.
I know there are at least 10 NSX's in a 10 mile radius. Maybe more.

Just wanted to throw it out there, & see if there was any interest.
Its something I have been doing for exactly 30 years now. (WOW! that makes me sound old........)
Have had a blast in BMW 2002's, Various BB and SB Mustangs & Midyear Vette's, even a 240z, a 72 Bronco, 85 interceptor Cop Car, and so on..................
Its not a very challenging or spirited drive, just a very cool Sunday cruise with your wife or GF. .:biggrin:
 
I'm in. I am in Corona Del Mar but going from Dana Point north (and back) sounds great. I think I know where the Brig is but not 100%. Can you post directions or location/interection?

This is a great idea Mark - thanks for putting it out there.

Unfortunately, I'm out of town Sunday on business, and next weekend as well (Ferrari caravan from PHX to LAS).

I hope you guys do this and then schedule the next one for 4 weeks later - November 11/12. I can make those dates.

Long time, no chat. I hope you and Ann are doing well.

I am very interested in this if you don't mind my dirty NSX tagging along. I've been itching to drive so bad that I actually rolled her out of the garage this AM to commute to work knowing full well she's probably going to get hosed with rain on the way home.

If this is on, I'll probably be going solo. Dawn is buried with the final extension date for taxes (10/15) and most likely working on Sunday as well as Monday (since 10/15 is Sunday the IRS graciously allows you one extra day).

Let me know.

PS - I'll pm you my cell phone # again just in case.

Glad you guys still went out. Unfortunately, I woke up feeling like crap and I'm off to the doctors this AM. I'm pretty sure my head cold has turned into a full blown ear infection.
 
Well, I was right. Ear infetction. Probably a good thing I didn't take the roof panel off and go driving up and down PCH with you guys.
