Okay, this has nothing to do with NSX's and is not even car-related (hence it being here in the off topic section), but since most of you seem to be very well educated, I figured I'd ask this quesiton here. Maybe somebody even has personal experience in dealing with this situation.
I recently created my own film "company" which really isn't much of a company yet since it's just me so far. I've already registered a domain name for it and everything, but there is one thing that I am completely clueless about. How do I "patent" the actual name of my company? i.e. "*** Films", ('***' being part of the name I do not wish to put here for security reasons. Okay, I admit it- I just don't want any of you guys stealing it. LOL. I'm just that paranoid right now. I do know for a fact that some film company in Australia has the same exact name. Will this become a problem for me? Being clueless about U.S. patent laws, I'm definitely at a loss about international laws. Can someone help me out here? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
