Passenger Window Dropped: Need help

Thank you for reaching out Shawn.
I rolled up window as usual and Kaplunk the glass just fell into the door frame.
Appears that it is off track or the glass just fell off of whatever's securing it.
Haven't touched it since.
I would be glad to pay you for your time if you can help.

I had the same problem on the coldest night of the year in Dec. I drove on I-75 with the window down and the heat on full blast. If you pull the door panel off, most likely you broke the little plastic piece that holds the cables together. You can get the aluminum piece at SOS. You can also get the regulator fixed for about $100 from a vendor in Brooklyn. I went with the vendor in Brooklyn. I mailed it out on a Monday and got it back that Friday. It went in on Saturday. The hardest part was dealing with the glue that adheres the plastic to the door. Call me if you need any info, I have a factory book I can copy for you. Jerry

Just got the window thingie from Dali.
NOW, the hard part. I will definitely call you for the info before I take this thing apart. Knowing me, I will break something.
