8.5/10 condition. Pretty much looks brand new, only rating it 8.5/10 because there are some small surface scuffs that I'm sure a little polish will make them disappear. No broken tabs, no cracks. It also appears the previous owner used a touch of caulking on the top side of the light to prevent water from getting into the tail light. Does not appear as though the tail light has ever been opened. This silicone is covered up with the black cowling piece that screws in onto the top of the tail light (will need to remove from your existing tail light).
